Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?

1 The disciples came to Jesus at that time. They said, 'Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?'
2 Jesus called a child to him. He had the child stand in front of them.
3 He said, 'I tell you the truth. If your hearts do not change and become like hearts of children, you will never go into the kingdom of heaven.
4 So anyone who feels himself small like this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5 'If anyone takes in a child like this for my sake, he takes in me.'
6 'These little children believe in me. If anyone makes one of them do wrong, he will be punished. He will have worse trouble than if a big stone were tied to his neck and he were thrown into the deep sea. (Matthew 18 : 1 - 6 )

A new Beginning

A NEW BEGINNING 1. Be with people (Mark 1:1-8) God’s ultimate plan to save the world was about to be fulfilled through his own son, Jesus Christ. John the Baptist was supposed to prepare the way. John the Baptist was there with the people. The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went to meet John the Baptist. They were open about their life, and even ready to be baptized by him. Though John was dressed in an unusual manner, the people came to him. John was with the people. People need help. They want to talk about their life, hurt, ill-feelings, struggles to forgive, and most of all forgiveness of sin from God. As a disciple, we should imitate John, i.e. being with people. A disciple’s lifestyle should be surrounded by people. 2. Be in step with the Spirit (Mark 1:9-13) After Jesus was baptized, he received the spirit, which descended on him like a dove. God was excited about his son, as we see he openly declared his love for him. The scripture say

"இறைவன் ஒருவனே" என்ற கொள்கையை கிறிஸ்தவர்களாகிய நாம் கற்றிருக்கிறோமே! கடவுள் அல்லாத சக்திகளாலும் அற்புதங்களை செய்யமுடியுமானால் உண்மையான கடவுளை அடையாளம் காண்பது எப்படி? என்றெல்லாம் அன்றே நான் தேட ஆரம்பித்துவிட்டேன். மறை
