There is power in the name of the Lord Jesus

"Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11).
Saints, the Name of Jesus is the Name above all names; in that Name is vested all authority in heaven, in earth & the regions of the damned. In that Name, you can alter unfavourable economic situations to your advantage & effect positive changes in your nation of residence. God has highly exalted & given Jesus a Name, which is above every name; such that by the instrumentality of His Name, you can change anything & achieve anything! The Name has efficacy by the very mention of it. When you make decrees in His Name about your physical body, finances, family, the economic situation, etc, the Name of Jesus seals it. If a Christian were diagnosed with cancer, for example, he doesn't need to see it as a death sentence. He can use the Name of Jesus to destroy the cancer. What he needs is to place his hand where the tumour or growth is & say, "In the Name of Jesus, spirit of cancer, I command you to get out of my body and enter it no more". Use the Name of Jesus fearlessly & without doubt. Remember, demons, principalities & powers of darkness cannot resist the authority of that Name. When fear attacks you, use the Name; say, "In the Name of Jesus, I rebuke fear; I refuse to fear!" No matter the challenges you're faced with, don't panic or cry; say, "I command a change in the Name of Jesus" and it shall be so. Oh, the power of His Name & the victory & dominion we have in Him! If you're in any predicament today, use the Name of Jesus as an instrument. Declare that in His Name you have the wisdom to do excellently in every situation. Live victoriously every day - in Jesus' Name!

ASH WEDNESDAY | what is ash wednesday in the bible

ASH WEDNESDAY  | what is ash wednesday in the bible Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent. Its official name is "Day of Ashes," so called because of the practice of rubbing ashes on one's forehead in the sign of a cross. Since it is exactly 40 days (excluding Sundays) before Easter Sunday, it will always fall on a Wednesday- there cannot be an "Ash Thursday" or "Ash Monday." The Bible never mentions Ash Wednesday-for that matter, it never mentions Lent. *Lent* is intended to be a time of *self-denial*, *moderation*, *fasting*, and the *forsaking of sinful activities* and habits. *Ash Wednesday* commences this period of spiritual discipline. *Ash Wednesday* and *Lent*are observed by most Catholics and some Protestant denominations. The Eastern Orthodox Church does not observe Ash Wednesday; instead, they start Lent on "Clean Monday." While the Bible does not mention Ash Wednesday, it does record accounts o...

How to Prayer To ?-The Living God who listen your All Request from your heart.

Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ our High Priest, I come before Your throne today, and I speak this blessing: May the Lord bless you and keep you; and may the Lord make His face to shine upon you; may the Lord be gracious unto you and lift up His countenance upon you; and may the Lord give you His peace. Lord God, I ask You in the Name above every name that You open the windows of heaven and pour out divine provision upon every one of Your children. I speak and release health and healing to every physical body. I come against every form of infirmity; I come against every form of sickness and disease; I come against every physical malady in the name of Jesus Christ, and I declare that these sicknesses and diseases are cursed at the root and that the blessing of divine health freely flows into their lives like streams of living water. Lord, I speak peace to every life that is in torment, for Your name is Jehovah Shalom, the Lord our Peace. I give You praise, Father, that the...

A new Beginning

A NEW BEGINNING 1. Be with people (Mark 1:1-8) God’s ultimate plan to save the world was about to be fulfilled through his own son, Jesus Christ. John the Baptist was supposed to prepare the way. John the Baptist was there with the people. The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went to meet John the Baptist. They were open about their life, and even ready to be baptized by him. Though John was dressed in an unusual manner, the people came to him. John was with the people. People need help. They want to talk about their life, hurt, ill-feelings, struggles to forgive, and most of all forgiveness of sin from God. As a disciple, we should imitate John, i.e. being with people. A disciple’s lifestyle should be surrounded by people. 2. Be in step with the Spirit (Mark 1:9-13) After Jesus was baptized, he received the spirit, which descended on him like a dove. God was excited about his son, as we see he openly declared his love for him. The scripture say...
